I have PTSD, anxiety, panic disorders, dissociative identity disorder (DID) and dysthymia. My favorite mediums are acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media. While I am in the moment, I find art soothing, and it gives me a sense of accomplishment. I have come a long way in my recovery that I now know that my disability does not define me.
