I have fallen in love with doing my art. I can feel the stress leave my body as I become absorbed in conveying something I am feeling or a theme I am working with in my life. I work intentionally through my hands and body to create shapes and designs that express and connect my soul and mind. I do this to invite wholeness in both the work and in myself. I want my work to express and document my life's healing journey.
