Tasha Feigh is a multidisciplinary artist who doesn’t let her disability define her. Art makes her feel good, because she uses it to express herself without limits. It makes her feel calm and relaxed when she’s able to create something out of different materials. She uses acrylic paint, collage, photography, and textiles to create clouds, sunsets, skies, and water.

Her work is inspired by Van Gogh’s art style and often incorporates expressionist brush strokes with colors inspired by scenes from the sky. When she is making art, she thinks about the flow of movement and memories with her family.

Tasha makes artwork at her day program, Choice Inc, in Maple Grove, MN and at her apartment where she can look at the city skyline. In her free time, she participates in MN Special Olympic sports year round. She is also an advocate for herself and finds new strategies to help her mental health in different ways.
