I have manic depression, and it was very difficult when I was young. 20 years later, I met a psychopharmacologist who helped to make my life more manageable, with less severe depression. When the institutions were emptied, many people were homeless, but luckily, I had family to stay with. I worked as a school janitor and saved some money. My doctor told me that I like beautiful things, I like bright colors, I always dress in bright colors. My imagination gets carried away, and it contributes to my art. Art therapy is the best thing I can do.
