Josiah Ortner is an artist and bird enthusiast. He loves watching, learning about, and making art of birds. Ortner is part of the Fresh Eye Arts program at MSS. His work has been featured in “Art of Possibilities” at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, “Flightlines” at the Minnesota Zoo, and “Bona Fide” at Fresh Eye Gallery.
