Mary Stowell is a queer and disabled artist living in Minneapolis. Mary specializes in abstract paintings: using acrylics, oils, watercolors, alcohol ink, and mixed media. Never sticking to one project, they also make handmade jewelry from their own recycled paintings along with small functional items (i.e. ceramic trinket dishes, magnets, and bookmarks). An emerging poet as well, Mary can be found writing around town or performing at local slam poetry events.
